What started as a hobby fixing cars quickly grew into a lifelong dedication, from hands-on mechanical work to the excitement of drag racing. His enthusiasm for the automotive world inspired his children as well: his son now owns a professional BMW/Volvo specialty shop in Phoenix, and his daughter, Amanda, discovered her own passion through mechanics, customizing and tuning vehicles and now runs the Gothenburg location. For the Bonifas family, cars aren’t just transportation—they’re a way of life.

After relocating from Arizona to Nebraska, Jeff and his family noticed a real need in the local community: limited vehicle options and high prices, especially in rural areas. Motivated to make a difference, they set out to create a dealership that puts honesty, affordability, and community first.
